Builder ($9/mo) buys one build, and we take the first payment before the build starts. If that build doesn’t finish, we fix it — a free rebuild at no extra charge, self-serve, no need to contact us. We do not refund that first charge, because you still get the build you paid for.
Owner ($49/month) is billed monthly. You can cancel it yourself, self-serve — no email, no notice period. Billing stops immediately and you keep access for the rest of the month you’ve already paid for; after that the plan ends and you aren’t billed again.

Billing stops immediately and you keep access for the rest of the period you’ve already paid for; after that your app stops serving, but your code stays exportable for 14 more days — export it before then if you want to keep it, because that access ends too once the window closes.
